Risk Free 30 day Trial is applicable only to the direct purchaser. If purchaser had taken advantage of 7 day free trial, it is assumed that user had sufficient time to evaluate the product to his/her satisfaction and therefore the Risk Free 30 day Trial is not applicable.
     When the conditions for refund are met, We will issue a refund minus a 10% fee for personalization of your password and to cover merchant account in/out charges. If you pay by check, you will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 password customization fee.
